We recommended a suitable wheeled self-propelled transplanter for the customer’s specific needs and provided excellent service. During the communication process, we answered all kinds of questions from the customer about the machine in detail and showed the performance and features of the machine by sending a video of the test run and detailed drawings of the machine.
Müşterimiz bitki aralığının 10cm, sıra arası mesafesinin ise 30cm olmasını talep etmiş olup, fabrikamızın standart konfigürasyonunda 8-20cm arası ayarlanabilir bitki aralığı olduğundan, makineyi müşterinin ihtiyacına göre özel olarak özelleştirdik.
Ayrıca müşteri, malçlama ve damla sulama için ayrı bir traktör kayışı eklenmesini de talep etti. Hızlı bir şekilde yanıt verdik, üretimi buna göre özelleştirdik ve makine tamamlandıktan hemen sonra fotoğraflayıp onay için müşteriye gönderdik.
