3 Sets of Nursery Seedling Transplanter Machine Purchased by Turkish Customer

Late last year, an agricultural client from Turkey visited our nursery seedling transplanter machine factory. This client has long engaged in large-scale cultivation of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and Panicum, with high demands for seedling consistency and efficient transplanting. As their planting area expands, the client aims to establish a stable, efficient seedling production and transplanting operation system through mechanization, reducing reliance on manual labor.

During the factory tour, the client focused on testing the fully automatic KMR80-2 seedling machine. This equipment has been specially widened to accommodate tray widths up to 350mm, tailored to the client’s requirements.

Rice seeds, whose grain size is similar to Panicum seeds, were used for testing. The germination results met the client’s expectations for sowing precision and uniform seedling emergence.

Equipment procurement and combined application

Following on-site testing and discussions, the customer finalized the purchase of one KMR80-2 fully automatic seedling machine, complemented by two 6-row towable transplanters for subsequent seedling transplantation.

This integrated solution enables continuous operations from seedling production to transplanting, meeting diverse planting requirements for vegetables and forage crops.

The seedling machine and transplanters have now completed production and packaging. The entire equipment set will be shipped to Iraq for deployment. This project will assist the client in establishing standardized seedling propagation and transplanting processes locally, providing reliable mechanical support for vegetable and forage crop cultivation.
