About the UK nursery customer

This UK customer owns a professional commercial tomato nursery. Previously, the nursery relied on manual seed sowing for tomato seedlings, which was slow and labour-intensive.

With the expansion of their tomato planting scale, they looked for reliable automated sowing equipment to raise productivity, cut manual work and maintain stable seedling quality. After comparing multiple suppliers, they chose our automatic seed sowing solution.

Two units of our automatic seed sowing machines are ready for export. This tomato nursery seeder machine is engineered for tray seeding of tomato seeds.

It can accurately pick and place tiny tomato seeds into growing trays, ensuring uniform seed distribution and higher germination rates. It can greatly speed up the whole seedling preparation process for the tomato farm.

Machine packing and container loading

Before shipment, full inspection of the two nursery tomato seed sowing machines was completed. The equipment is secured on plywood pallets and packed in sturdy export wooden crates to avoid damage during long ocean transit. Matching tools and essential spare parts are attached together. The machines are now ready for container loading to the UK.
