The customer purchasing these onion transplanter machines operates a medium-sized farm specializing in the propagation and cultivation of onion, garlic, and other vegetable seedlings. The farm manages approximately 50 hectares of vegetable cultivation land, primarily supplying local markets and some surrounding export markets.

Due to farm expansion, traditional manual seedling cultivation and transplanting methods proved inefficient and labor-intensive. During peak onion transplanting seasons, manual operations struggled to meet demands for rapid planting and uniform row spacing.

To ensure safe transport, the equipment was professionally packaged with accompanying documentation. Complimentary accessories included: 6 sets of Seedling Cups, 6 Pull Lines (for controlling transplanting port opening/closing), and 2 sets of Chain and Sprockets.

The equipment has been successfully loaded into containers and shipped, soon to arrive at the Libyan customer’s farm, providing ample support for the upcoming planting season.

Customer expectations and feedback

The customer stated that the onion seedling transplanting machine will significantly enhance field transplanting efficiency upon arrival. It achieves an operational capacity of 0.5-1 mu per hour while ensuring uniformity in planting row spacing and seedling spacing.

He plans to expand mechanized transplanting to more crops in the future, while also considering farm expansion. They intend to continue purchasing our related seedling-raising machinery and associated equipment to advance modern farm management and mechanized cultivation development.
