One complete set of model 2ZBLZ‑12 crawler self propelled vegetable transplanter has finished factory inspection and export‑grade packaging. The customized transplanter is equipped with special duck‑bill planting heads for leafy greens, and is loaded into container for shipment to Malaysia.
Customer greenhouse planting site requirements
The Malaysian customer operates a professional large‑scale greenhouse vegetable farm. The farm builds multiple standard greenhouse beds specially for leafy vegetable production, growing bok choy, flowering Chinese cabbage, pak choi, Chinese kale and other commercial leafy greens for local fresh‑market supply.
The customer shared drawings and photos of their actual greenhouse planting site, including the dimension of vegetable beds and greenhouse space constraints. They required a 12‑row transplanter with staggered 4‑cm offset for every two rows, 8 cm row spacing and 8 cm plant spacing. This crawler self propelled vegetable transplanter is model 2ZBLZ‑12, powered by Japanese Mitsubishi gasoline engine. It is customized with special duck‑bill heads for leafy vegetable transplanting.

The crawler chassis adapts well to soft greenhouse soil. According to customer’s site condition, the suggested greenhouse inner height should reach 2.5 m and greenhouse door width 2.5 m to guarantee normal machine running and turning inside the greenhouse.


Pre‑shipment testing and technical communication
In the early‑stage communication, our engineers analyzed the customer’s actual greenhouse layout, vegetable bed size and crop varieties based on site pictures and layout diagrams provided by the client.
We adjusted and assembled the dedicated duck‑bill planting heads for leafy greens, and completed full‑load simulation transplanting test in our workshop. We verified the staggered transplanting effect, planting depth adjustment and crawler travelling performance. Test videos and photos were sent to the customer for final confirmation before packing.
Export packing and container loading scene
Before packing, the whole crawler self propelled vegetable transplanter got comprehensive cleaning and anti‑rust treatment. Precision planting duck‑bill assemblies, engine parts and control components were wrapped with multi‑layer shock‑proof and dust‑proof protective materials.
Main machine body and scattered spare accessories were packed into heavy‑duty export wooden cases with clear marking. All cargo was firmly fixed inside shipping container to prevent shifting and collision damage in long‑distance sea transportation.
