4.6/5 – (14 votes)

8 customized multi-row vegetable nursery seeder machines have passed factory inspection and have been fully packed for delivery to Chile. They are specially tailored for lettuce and basil seed sowing on 300*300mm seedling trays.

Customer background and sowing requirements

The Chilean client runs a large commercial vegetable seedling nursery that supplies lettuce and basil seedlings to local greenhouses and vegetable farms. Manual seed sowing brought uneven seed distribution and low daily output.

To raise seeding efficiency and seedling uniformity, the customer ordered 8 sets of our nursery seeding machines with two adjustable row specifications to match their two core crops. The fixed tray size used in the nursery is 300*300mm, so we adjusted the machine structure to perfectly fit this tray dimension.

Custom parameters of multi-row vegetable nursery seeders

This multi-row vegetable nursery seeding machine supports two independent sowing modes as required by the customer:

  1. Lettuce sowing mode: 9 rows with 33mm spacing between seeds
  2. Basil sowing mode: 13 rows with 23mm spacing between seeds

All 8 machines are calibrated to adapt to the client’s 300*300mm standard seedling trays. The precise seeding structure reduces seed waste and ensures consistent seed placement, which greatly improves the germination rate of lettuce and basil. Before shipment, all units completed repeated trial sowing tests to verify stable performance.

Equipment packaging & loading shipment scene

All 8 multi-row vegetable nursery seeder machines were wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof, and anti-collision protective film. Small accessories, spare seed plates, and adjustment tools were sorted and packed into separate export cartons. Workers fixed all machines tightly inside the container to prevent collision damage during long sea transportation to Chile. Clear on-site packaging and loading photos are available for reference.
