How automatic nursery seed planting machine works?
This series of plug seedling machines is different from the KMR-78 model nursery seed planting machine in that it does not require manual soil loading.
An air compressor is required when in use. Precise seed-sowing operations are achieved through vacuum suction and positive pressure drop. Precision seeders use a vacuum device to create a vacuum, and negative pressure air draws the seeds from the seed box.
When the sensor detects the plug, the metering device aligns with each hole. At this time, the negative pressure is switched to a lower positive pressure, and the positive pressure is used to sow the seeds to the predetermined position in the plug tray to achieve precise sowing one hole at a time.
Type1 KMR-80 Nursery seedling machine
This seedling planter consists of two main parts, the seeding part (including the soil loading part) and the mulching part, and also has brushes to flatten the surface. In addition, a watering section can be added.
We provide hole trays, and one box can contain 200 hole trays. It should be noted that the width of the trays is less than 320mm when using this nursery seedling machine.
When replacing the trays, you only need to change the seed suction strips; when replacing trays with a large number of holes, you need to add a few more suction needles and a hole-punching device.
Machine structure
The machine consists of two parts. Part of it is the initial process, including loading soil, brushing soil, digging holes, and sowing seeds. The other part is covering and brushing the soil. The entire structure is shown in the figure below.

Type2 KMR-78-2 Automatic nursery seeder
This seedling seeder is developed based on the current status of vegetable and flower seedling production in various countries. This machine consists of four parts, the fourth part is for sprinkling water, which can be added as needed.
Under normal circumstances, the three parts we sell the most include covering with soil, digging holes for sowing, and then covering with soil. All materials are stainless steel. The width of the plug tray suitable for this machine is ≤540mm, and round seeds of 0.3-12mm can be sown, with a seeding rate of ≥98%.
The front end of this machine can be equipped with a mixer to mix the matrix soil, and an elevator conveyor belt for loading. This machine can realize automatic tray feeding, but the automatic tray loading is only suitable for white floating trays.
