The customer manages a large commercial seedling nursery in Bolivia. They supply vegetable plug seedlings to local farms and agricultural distributors across the region. For a long time, the nursery completed seed sowing purely by hand. Manual work brought low daily output, and inconsistent sowing quality often affected seed germination results.<\/p>

  • This automated tray seeding line covers a wide selection of commercial vegetable varieties. Common crops include tomato, pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower.<\/li>
  • Melon varieties and leafy greens are also well\u2011supported. Operators can sow watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber, eggplant and lettuce with this set of equipment.<\/li> <\/ul>

    Flexible component adjustment lets one production line serve multiple seedling orders. The nursery can switch between different crops without major equipment modification.<\/p>

    • These two PLC\u2011100 units went through targeted custom rework to match the client\u2019s actual nursery conditions. The machine frame was lengthened, and a full watering module was built into the production line.<\/li>
    • The equipment supports two different sizes of black plug trays. It is compatible with special 200\u2011hole trays of 665*334\u202fmm, as well as regular 128\u2011hole and 200\u2011hole trays measuring 540*280\u202fmm.<\/li>
    • An English\u2011language PLC control system is pre\u2011installed. Two extra non\u2011perforated seed suction bars are included, allowing fast switching among different vegetable seeds. The main frame is constructed from durable stainless steel.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Machine technical and working performance<\/h2>
      • The machines are configured for local power supply: 220V, 60Hz single\u2011phase electricity. The sowing precision reaches 97\u201198%. It handles seeds sized 0.3\u201112\u202fmm, and tray transport speed can be adjusted on demand.<\/li>
      • This tomato nursery seeding machine adopts an electric\u2011pneumatic working principle. Two 3\u202fkW air compressors are provided as supporting units to maintain steady air pressure for continuous seeding operations.<\/li>
