We have successfully completed the production, testing and shipment of our custom automatic nursery sowing machine to Portugal, providing efficient seeding equipment for local horticultural planting.

Customer background and project requirements

The customer is a professional horticultural nursery enterprise in Portugal, engaged in large-scale seedling raising for vegetables, flowers and garden plants.

To improve seeding efficiency and ensure consistent seedling quality, they required a customized integrated nursery machine combining soil filling, hole digging, and watering functions, so they chose our tailor-made model 78-2.

Details of the custom automatic nursery sowing machine

This custom 78-2 automatic nursery sowing machine integrates soil container, digging holes, and watering parts, with a capacity of 550–600 trays per hour and adjustable tray speed. Made of stainless steel, it is clean, corrosion-resistant, and durable.

With 600W power, it fits tray width within 540mm. The soil-filling and hole-digging unit measures 1500×800×1260mm, and the watering section is 1200×800×900mm, well-designed for stable and efficient nursery production.

Packaging and shipment site

After strict commissioning and inspection, the whole machine was wrapped with moisture-proof and shock-proof materials and packed in sturdy wooden cases. At the delivery site, the equipment was safely hoisted, fixed and loaded into containers, ensuring safe transportation to Portugal.

We provide the Portuguese customer with remote installation guidance, operation training and long-term technical support to help the nursery machine run smoothly and meet large-scale seedling production needs.
